It has been considered as generic project management method. However, it emphasizes on defining successful project as it is output oriented. I have learnt the use of critical chain management for projecct that helps me to improve efficiencies in flow of the projects. On the other hand, project leadership is a quality for communicating with the people at each level. I have gained knowledge regarding efficient project leadership. A project leader needs to be good communicator. There are great deals of value that are placed on openness as well as directness. Thus, project leader needs ability to effectively negotiate as well as utilize persuasion when essential for ensuring success of the team as well as project. In addition, integrity is one of the most important approaches need to be incorporated by project leader. Being a good leader, it is required to have commitment towards project as well as demonstration of ethical practices. In addition, creating standards for having ethical behavior for team is required being a good leader in project. It is also important to reward team members who contributes good in the project. In last few years project management obtained popularity in most of the organizations. The increasing number of projects as well as programs and portfolios are required to be professionally managed. Hence, it becomes essential to improve knowledge and have competent project managers as well as associates able to cope with the issues, which are occurring inside the organization. Performance of a project or an organization can be improved through learning in several ways. Therefore, I cannot apply my knowledge of project management in the organizations that are based on multiple support services. I would like to research on the learning style and enhancing my knowledge with the help of social media and internet. Social media obtained rapid prominence of its existence. Now, it is considered as one of the important and essential mediums to socialize and gained knowledge in several fields through transformation of communication procedure. As the web interfaces are now used to inform people regarding a project organization, it becomes essential to access the interfaces. However, there are some limitations like inappropriate information and security. Thus, research would be helpful to understand the appropriateness of the learning style at present scenario.
